ACCOUNT MANAGER
We are a growing firm who specializes in the design and development of retail environments, store fixtures and point of purchase displays. We are seeking top talent who thrives in a creative and fast-paced culture servicing many of the leading global retail brands. Specifically, we have a full-time opening for an Account Manager.

The Account Manager (AM) role provides high touch customer support to a portfolio of existing Quarter20 clients. Working collaboratively with the Sales Executives, the AM will be responsible for organizing client communications and projects for the internal stakeholders from kick-off through execution. The ideal AM candidate will be highly organized, with a discerning attention to detail and strong internal structure. The AM will work closely with both external clients and internal teams to advocate for client projects.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
  • Manage day to day client communication

  • Communicate the client’s needs and goals, and advocate for the client’s interests internally.

  • Leverage internal resources and ensure all client questions and issues are resolved quickly.

  • Attend and re-cap all internal meetings and client conference calls.

  • Drive project schedules internally ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met.

  • Work closely with the project team (Design, Sales, Project Management) in order to maintain continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project in production.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sales proposals for design, prototype, production and fulfillment

  • Invoice support

  • Facilitate prototype review booklets

  • Conference reports

  • Project status reports

  • Client planning calendars


REQUIREMENTS:
  • BA degree in marketing (Communications, Public Relations, Account Management) or equivalent work experience in an agency or manufacturing setting.

  • 2-7 years’ experience in an agency or manufacturing setting, preferably in P.O.P or store fixturing. Experience to include an understanding of working in a service based organization where multiple deliverable processes and products are part of the total sales solution.

  • Must be knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office and OneNote.

  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, judgement, leadership, problem solving and teamwork skills.

  • Detail oriented with strong internal structure.

  • Highly functional in a fast-paced environment.

  • Occasional travel to client meetings and reviews may be required.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Flexibility when needed in your work schedule to meet deadlines.
